AOAC arab section laboratory Activities
Success in the Lab Relies on Strong Collaboration!
Analytical Methods Development
The Arab Section of AOAC INTERNATIONAL mission involves promoting the harmonization of standard methods to safeguard food safety and integrity in the Arab Region. The Section aims to address the analytical difficulties that have long impeded the harmonization of testing methods of interest in the Arab region. Therefore, with its partners, method developers and users from the Arab region are invited to submit methods for consideration and possible evaluation through the Arab AOAC method harmonization program.
Call for Methods: Gluten Analysis in Food - Invitation for Participation
Deadline for submission: 20 May 2024
Laboratory Proficiency Testing Program
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing food proficiency testing (PT) programs in the Arab region, GFoRSS and in particular it’s AOAC Arab Section has developed a survey to reach out and gather insight from its members in the Arab food analytical community. The aim being to gather relevant information in order to shape and tailor targeted PT programs for specific needs of the region.
